- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I left a few messages for an appointment this week. No one called back so I finally called back and the receptionist answer. I was explaining that my family referred me to this office. I am new to the area and need a family dr for my new priority health insurance plan. The receptionist was very rude on the phone and I was just trying to get an appointment. She sassily let me know that you have to come in and fill would be a NEW patient they would not even see me until April and that is if they approval. I am so sick of rude health care providers and insurance reps. Please practice your customer service skills.September 11, 2017by Erica
